Each state will have a sanctioning body to help govern school clubs. School Clubs will be defined by school districts or school boundaries within large school districts. Once the sport is approved, the parents organizing the club will submit an application to the sanctioning body for approval. Once approved, student athlete recruitment can begin.
In most states the school will need to approve either a school sponsored organization or a school sanctioned organization. School sponsored sports are run by the school, funded by the school, organized by the school, and coaching arranged by the school. Most schools will easily approve a school sanctioned organization. A school sanctioned organization is run by parents, funded by parents, organized by parents, but utilizes the school logo/naming. The school district must approve one.
